FenixDFA – Agent Requirements

Installation of the collection agent FenixDFA works with multiple connections, which can be concentrated in a single collection agent or in several, depending on the needs of each environment.

We suggest balancing the collection according to the size of the environments, backup software and locations.

The host where the collection agent will be installed must have communication with the backup servers and must have external access allowed to the following addresses:

Windows Server 2016 or higher / Linux that accepts .rpm packages
Memory: 4GB
