Expired Policies
In the Disabled Policies report, we show:
Backup policies without a valid restore point, i.e., their retentions have already expired on the current date and they have no valid execution in the tool.
When the Status is “Active”, it means that the policy is still configured in the backup tool. If it is “Inactive”, this policy was deleted from the software on the indicated date (it was probably discontinued);
For example:

The “VM Diario NOVO NTX” routine is active in Commvault and based on its last execution, its retention was until 03/12. Therefore, there is no valid version of it.
It was last executed on 05/28, but it was not executed successfully.

Its last successful execution was on 03/12, but it has already expired.

We can also check the copied servers in this policy to analyze if they have been moved to another routine.

Observing the server EQXSP4WPRDAP002 we can see that it was not migrated to a new policy and its last execution was on 01/20 and the retention expired on 02/19.
