Merge Incidents
We use the merge incidents option to unify all duplicate incidents from the same day, so you can resolve all the same incidents faster and easier with just one click.
In the incidents panel, we can select multiple incidents, and if they are related in their solution, they can be “merged” into a single incident for common treatment.
In the “Merged Incidents” column, we can see how many incidents are related.

When clicking on “Merge” we must indicate the destination incident. This destination incident must be included in the merge selection.

In the target incident, the list of all “Merged Incidents” is documented and can be consulted. Also in the timeline, we can see who and when the incidents were merged.
From the moment you close the errors with duplicates, they will all close at once, thus resulting in faster resolution.
